	Non-Member Retreat Attendee

	Regular Member
			Open to all state or federally chartered independent trust companies which have paid current dues to the association. (No entity which is more than 50% "affiliated with" a bank, savings and loan association, credit union, securities broker, insurance company or similar financial institution shall be deemed "independent.") $950.00 fee annually.
	Associate Member
			Open to person(s) contemplating the establishment of an independent trust company, provided that such person(s) shall not be entitled to retain the Associate Member status for more than two years. $550.00 fee annually.
	Resource Member
			Open to person(s) or entities providing services and/or products to the trust services industry. $950 fee annually.
	Special Member
			Open to such person(s), groups or entities (including those engaged in the trust/financial services industry) not meeting the requirements of a Regular, Associate or Vendor Membership. $950.00 fee annually.
	Community Bank Member
			Open to all state chartered community bank trust department leaders which have paid dues to the association. Any non-federally chartered bank shall be deemed a “community bank”. $950.00 fee annually.
	Secondary Member
			This membership type includes all additional company members who are joining as a secondary contact to the company membership. No additional charge if company is a current member of AITCO.
